Bistro Provence

Nicolas Desinai, the Chef and Owner of Bistro Provence hails from Brittany, France.

Nicolas has managed to gather an impressive resume when it comes to the Art of Food.

After living and working in various cities throughout Europe and the United States, Nicolas arrived in Canada in 1998.

He moved to Calgary in 2000 to work as Executive Chef at Priddis Green Golf Course.

Already owning his own Bistro In th South of Calgary, Nicolas then acquired Bistro Provence, in August 2006. He now runs and operates this bistro with his wife Catherine, who is a skilled Restaurant & Hotel Manager.

Our Vision

We want people to come to our restaurant to relax and enjoy a good meal in a casual atmosphere.

We have no dress code & kids are always welcome.

Our food is Very Creative and we use a lot of local produce. The Menu is of the Highest Quality in a True French Bistro Style all served up to our customers with a Highly Personalised Service.
